Clearwaters Hotel and Convention Centers hotel facilities include - Massage at Clearwaters is a service that is provided for a small fee. We have two certified massage therapists who are available between 9am and 9pm by appointment only. See front desk to make your appointment today. - Clearwaters Restaurant provides fine dining in a casual atmosphere and is conveniently located within the hotel. Our restaurant is open from 6 30AM to 2 00PM and 5PM to 9PM Monday through Saturday and 7 30AM to 1 00PM on Sunday. - Atlantis Lounge is a great place to relax after a long day and is also located within the hotel. Lounge hours are Monday through Thursday from 2 00PM to 2 00AM or until it slow. Friday and Saturday from 2 00PM until 2 30AM. - The Exercise Room is located on the second floor and offers a variety of equipment. A TV is in the room for your entertainment as well as water and towels for your convenience. - The Arcade is located by our Atlantis Lounge and offers a nice variety of games. - The Indoor Pool is right down the hall from the Lobby where you can ask front desk for pool towels on your way to the pool. The Indoor Pool area is beautifully decorated with an undersea mural painted by a local artist. Also located in the indoor pool area is a whirlpool Jacuzzi for your enjoyment. - Our outdoor pool is in our beautiful inner courtyard. Our courtyard is lovely place to sit and relax while enjoying the flowers and shrubs. Our courtyard as well as outdoor pool is a seasonal amenity of our hotel. - The Lobby is a nice place to sit with friends and relax before retiring for the evening. Take a moment to stop and enjoy the artwork on display in our lobby and in our halls. We are currently displaying the iron sculptures and oil paintings of two local artists.

ROOMS AND RATES All standard room types are on a space available at check in only. We will accept a room type request at the time of booking and do our best to accommodate these requests at check in time. Suite and guest room rates do not include the tax rate of 11.5 percent. To be honored, any exemptions must have proper documentation presented at time of check in. The tax rate is subject to change without notice. RESERVATION DEPOSIT A valid Credit Card number will be required and kept on file to secure a room reservation at Clearwaters Hotel and Convention Center. Your card will not be charged in advance of stay. SPECIAL REQUESTS Our Hotel is unable to guarantee special requests, but please be assured we will do everything possible to meet any request. CHECK IN Our check in time is at 3pm. Our hotel will make every effort to accommodate any early arrivals. CHECK OUT Check out is at 12 00pm. If you request a later check out contact the front desk staff as there may be an additional fee. CANCELLATION POLICY Our cancellation policy is as follows we require a 24hr cancellation notice for all online reservations. In case of a no-show or a late cancellation you will be charged with the first nights room charge. CHILDREN There is no additional charge for children under the age of 17. PETS We do allow pets for no additional fee however if there is any damage caused by your pet during your stay it is the responsibility of the pet owner and repair fees will be billed at the owners expense.
