Location.
ResortQuest Rentals at Isle of Palms & Wild Dunes encompasses a beachfront community bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway in Isle of Palms, S.C. The property is one-half mile from Bohicket Marina and Yacht Club and one mile from the Yacht Harbor Marina. Historic Charleston, S.C., offering museums, restored plantations, and preserved churches connected by cobblestone streets, is approximately 14 miles from the resort.

Features.
This 1,600-acre resort, comprised of several accommodations in a private gated community, includes two Tom Fazio-designed championship golf courses, a full-service marina and direct access to the beach. Casual dining is available at the Morgan Creek Grill or The Post House. The Caribbean-style One Eyed Parrot specializes in seafood, and the Village Chop House is known for its steak. Guests receive access to a seasonal oceanfront pool, 17 tennis courts and miles of scenic bike paths. The resort offers concierge services to assist in planning activities including golf, Jet skiing, boat rentals, and dinner or tour reservations. Child care is available for a fee. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Guestrooms.
Villas at the ResortQuest Rentals at Isle of Palms & Wild Dunes are privately-owned, and are individually decorated according to the owners' tastes. All villas feature screened-in porches or decks, full kitchens, living rooms, and washers and dryers. Complimentary Internet access, cable television and VCRs are included. Accommodations are provided with a starter supply of linens and towels. Weekly departure cleaning is included, and daily maid service is available for a fee.

Expert Tip.
A popular local tour takes visitors by ferry to the Bull Island Wildlife Refuge, which is home to red wolves, storks, and loggerhead sea turtles.

Please Note:

Guests booking the one-, two-, or three-bedroom oceanview villas should be aware that there is currently limited beach access due to erosion at the northern end of Wild Dunes. Beach access is particularly inhibited at the time of high tide.

Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.

Cleaning deposits are required for all stays of two nights or more, and vary based on room type.
Seabrook Island Club amenities and services are on a cashless system. Guests must obtain a Club Access Card, available only from the Seabrook Island Club after check-in. All guest activities on Seabrook Island, including tennis, golf, dining and pools, are charged using the Club Access Card. Until further notice, guests at ResortQuest Seabrook Island will receive rebates for the cost of this card.

Approximate distance to the property is 21 miles.

Take International Blvd East toward Air Cargo Lane for two miles.
Merge onto I-526 East/Mark Clark Expressway via the ramp on the left toward Mount Pleasant/I-26.
Continue for 12.75 miles.
Take the Highway 17 North exit (Exit 29) towards Georgetown/Isle of Palms.
Turn left onto Highway 17 North and continue for 1.75 miles.
Turn right onto SC-517/Isle of Palms Connector and continue for 3.75 miles. Turn left onto Palm Boulevard and proceed to the Island Center.
