Daufuskie Island Resort & Spa is located on historic Daufuskie Island in South Carolina. Several quaint towns are just a ferry ride away, providing plenty of shopping, dining, entertainment and history. Many recreational activities are available nearby, including dolphin tours, charter fishing, boat rentals, enviro-tours, champagne sunset tours, ocean kayaking, jet skiing and parasailing.

Set on an unspoiled stretch of pristine beach nestled between historic Savannah, Georgia and Hilton Head Island, the resort offers a retreat from the bustle of everyday life. Secluded and serene, the Daufuskie Island Resort and Spa provides guests with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly service. Beautifully landscaped grounds give way to the waters of the Atlantic, while warm ocean breezes delight the senses. The resort offers a number of modern amenities, including an on-site marina, an outdoor pool, a steam room and a health club. The business center, complete with audiovisual equipment, is open to guests. The 24-hour front desk provides tour assistance and there are laundry services available. Safe-deposit boxes ensure valuables are accounted for, and parents can arrange child care services for the kids. There is a restaurant, an arcade/game room and gift shops also on site.

Driving Directions

421 Squire Pope Road, Hilton Head, S.C.
From Hilton Head Airport:
When exiting the airport, turn left on Beach City Road and follow it to the stoplight.
Turn right on Highway 278 and follow to Gumtree Road.
Turn right onto Gumtree Road and follow to stop sign.
At stop sign, turn right onto Seabrook Drive and follow to the end until seeing Daufuskie Island Resort Embarkation Center located on the left, just before Hilton Head Plantation's Cypress Gate.

From Savannah International Airport:
Exit the I-95 North exit out of the airport and continue on I-95 until you reach Exit 8 to Hilton Head Island.
Proceed on Highway 278 about 20 miles to the Hilton Head Island bridge.
Cross the bridge and continue approximately 1-1/2 miles to Squire Pope Road (first traffic light over the bridge). Turn left on Squire Pope Road and follow this road, which becomes Seabrook Drive, to the Daufuskie Island Embarkation Center is located on the left.
