From the South Highway 101 North to Manzanita exit - turn toward the Ocean .... see next section. In Town As you exit Highway 101 you will find yourself on Manzanita's main street, Laneda Avenue. Pet Policy Pet rooms are limited and need to be reserved directly with the hotel. The fee is 10.00 per pet per night with a two pet maximum per room. We provide towels, blankets and dishes for your pet. Pets are not allowed in the gardens, on the porch or in the office. Guarantee All reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card at the time of the reservation. Your card will not be charged until check-in. For extended stays or groups we require a deposit. Groups All group bookings should be arranged directly, by telephone. More than 3 bookings in the same name or credit card will not be honored, unless arranged directly with us as a group. Cancellation policy Please notify us as soon as you can if plans change. If you give less than 48 hours notice before check-in time, you will be charged one night room and tax on your credit card. If a minimum stay of two nights was required and booked, two nights room and tax will be charged, regardless of the actual nights visited. We are located at 114 Laneda Avenue in Manzanita.
