DRIVING DIRECTIONS Take exit 49A Division St. west off of I-90/94 to the 3rd street Greenview . Turn right. We are 1/2 block up on right. Permits are required to park on the street at any time so do not leave your car unattended. If in a cab, tell your cabbie we are at 1239 North and 1500 West and near the Milwaukee/Division and Ashland intersection in the south east corner of the Wicker Park neighborhood. FROM BLUE LINE SUBWAY Division Stop walk 1 block EAST on Division go between the high rise and City Sports store . Greenview Ave. is one full block past the City Sports Store. Turn left onto Greenview at the 'August' grocery . We are 1/2 block up on right . Ring INTERCOM at the right door to check-in.

Any time thereafter you will receive a refund minus 1 night only if we are able to re-book the room.E For our Apartment rentals - a 300 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to avoid any other charges. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.E The 300 deposit is never refundable, but dates may be able to be changed if available.
