Guestrooms.
The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at High Pointe Resort are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.

Please Note:
Guests making reservations must be at least 25 and must occupy the unit the entire stay. Guests under 25 are not allowed unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.
