Located inside the gated community of the Ventura Country Club, this professionally managed resort offers the amenities and comforts of home to discerning travelers. Amenities include an 18-hole golf course, tennis, sandy beach lake with picnic area, clubhouse with an exercise room, dining, pool, library and full bar. The clubhouse includes a dance floor to accommodate a reception with beautiful views of the golf course and a second lake. The Southpoint community within the country club has its small cabana area with two pools and a Jacuzzi. There is a lake in the center surrounded by several picnic tables and grills. This community will provide you with the feeling of home away from home as all the condos are fully furnished and include a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. You only need to bring your toothbrush, clothes and groceries to make this a vacation of a lifetime. The resort is located only 30 minutes away from the famous Central Florida attractions. There is a Processing Fee of US30.00, and a Damage Waiver Fee of US35.00 due at check-in. All one and two bedroom condo reservations for less than 6 nights will be charged an US85.00 cleaning fee.
