Outdoor grills are available for family barbeques, and guests can rent bicycles, fishing poles and equipment, beach chairs with umbrellas, children's games, sports equipment and waverunners on- site. The clubhouse houses tennis courts. The different facilities of the Charter Club Resort are accessed by stone walkways that wind through well-manicured lawns.
These two-bedroom villas sleep six and boast 1,240-square-feet of living space. 30-foot screened lanais with views of the bay complement each villa.
