The South Seas Hotel is located in the popular South Beach area amid popular nightclubs, restaurants and shops in Miami Beach, Fla. The hotel opens to a private beach and is two blocks from the Miami Beach Convention Center. Two blocks from the hotel sits the pedestrian-only Lincoln Road Mall.

The South Seas Hotel features a lobby area with Art Deco-inspired furniture and artwork, fresh flowers, and large mirrors. Vintage black-and-white photographs of sunbathers line a hallway leading to the restaurant, Pilikia by the Pool, and a sandy beach area with hammocks strung between palm trees. The hotel offers complimentary expanded continental breakfasts. The Polynesian-themed Pilikia by the Pool offers lunch and dinner within a tropical setting.
