Hotel Features.
The hotel's signature restaurant, Bizcaya, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Culinary stations feature international specialties and flowing champagne and mimosas. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served indoors or on the outdoor patio next to a cascading waterfall with Chef de Cuisine Jason Schneider preparing a mixture of Italian bistro fare and grilled specialties. The Lounge serves cocktails, afternoon tea and light meals on candlelit tables and live music featured Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
