Location.
The Regal Sun Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., is across the street from the Downtown Disney area. Complimentary shuttle rides to Walt Disney World theme parks and two Disney water parks are provided.

Hotel Features.
LakeView restaurant is located on the mezzanine, and provides buffets and a la carte selections. The Market, a 24-hour food court is located in the lobby. The Lobby Bar features karaoke and trivia contests on select evenings. The property includes 19,000 square feet of meeting space, complimentary wireless Internet access and a business center. The resort's recreational facilities include two outdoor pools, two lighted tennis courts, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and a fitness center. The children's aquatic playground boasts a zero-entry pool, a twisting waterslide, water canons and a waterfall. The popular interactive children's area in the lobby includes a Nintendo Wii. Bedtime stories are read here and come with milk and cookies.
