Grand Seas Resort is located on over 800 feet of oceanfront property just three miles from Historic Main Street and five miles from the famed Daytona International Speedway. Nearby are the Riviera, Daytona Beach, Tomoka Oaks, and the River Bend Golf Clubs. A short walk down North Atlantic Avenue will bring visitors to pizza parlors, fast food, fine dining and family restaurants. Adults can have their fare share of fun with two casino boats, which provide a shuttle to and from the Grand Seas Resort, and guests wishing to deep-sea fish can let the helpful staff can arrange one-half or one day trips for guests.
The rear of the Grand Seas Resort houses some of its best features, including two heated oceanfront pools, children's pool with two water slides and palm tree waterfall and two hot tubs. The sundeck provides guests with comfortable deck furniture, and a pool bar offering cocktails and live entertainment. The Grand Seas is family-friendly, featuring miniature golf, children's play area, and an activities department that plans activities for children, such as sand castle contests and flag football, in addition to family activities such as sack races and tug of war. Gilligan's Hideout Pub and Grill offers drinks and dinner, and guests will also find lounge and coffee shop inside the Grand Seas.
