The Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, Ariz., is set on 53 landscaped acres that reflect the natural beauty of the Southwest. Designated in 2006 as one of the World's Best Places to Stay on the Condé Nast Traveler's Gold List, this boutique hideaway is three miles from the shopping venues at Scottsdale Fashion Square and five miles from Old Town Scottsdale.

The resort's restaurant, elements, offers an Asian-influenced menu with an emphasis on local ingredients. Offerings include Tartare of Tuna Herb Salad, Pan Roasted Duck Breast and Braised Short Ribs with Creamy Truffled Grits. The adjacent lounge, jade bar, boasts innovative drinks including the Paradise Fizz, a secluded patio and a fire bowl for cool evenings. Conference rooms are available, as is a business center and wireless Internet access. Sanctuary Spa offers a wealth of services with Indonesian, Japanese and European influences.
