This professionally managed resort offers the amenities and comforts of home to discerning travelers. Whether you have a day, a week, a month, or more, Xanadu can meet your needs with unlimited hospitality. Constructed in the mid 80s, more than 60 one and two bedroom furnished condos, arranged around pools, spas, and pleasant courtyards. Xanadu is located 3 blocks from Lake Havasu and the beach, and is centrally located to everything. Each of our condos has a private entrance, a spacious living/family room with cozy furnishings, cable TV, and a private balcony or patio. They also offer a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils for your convenience. Please note that a 300.00 security deposit will be required upon check in. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.Address :
