The Springfield Hotel is a boutique residence located half a mile from the village of Pentre Halkyn, North Wales, and four miles from the nearest train station. The Roman city of Chester is 15 miles away, and the mountain range of Snowdonia is 40 miles from the hotel.

Hotel Features.
Occupying a 19th-century manor house, this property has been modernised to incorporate contemporary design and facilities, including a heated indoor pool and a sauna. The Springfield Hotel's front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Dry-cleaning services are available on request. There is complimentary wireless Internet access and motorists will find complimentary parking.

The Springfield Hotel's Delfyn restaurant offers modern European dishes including Delfyn Caesar Salad and Italian Chicken Melt. Bert's Bar serves a range of drinks and snacks, and offers televised sports and a pool table. A complimentary buffet breakfast is available each morning.

Getting there.
Trains from Manchester Airport to Flint train station run approximately twice an hour. Passengers need to change at Manchester Oxford Road, or Crewe. Flint train station is four miles from the hotel. Journey time is around one hour and 50 minutes and single fares are approximately 14 GBP. Prices are subject to change.

Getting around. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding countryside.
