Location.
Caistor Hall is sited in a rural location outside of Norwich, England, three miles from the city centre. The Inspire science museum and the Elizabethan House Museum are both four miles from the hotel.

Hotel Features.
Set in the countryside just outside Norwich city centre, this Georgian manor house is surrounded by 30 acres of woodland and private gardens. Several walking trails thread through the grounds. Complimentary newspapers and Internet access are available in public areas. Motorists will find complimentary parking on site.

A full English breakfast is served each morning (surcharge) at Caist or Hall. The Georgian-style a la carte restaurant overlooks the gardens and is decorated with chandeliers and period furnishings. The dinner menu offers traditional English country fare, including pigeon, pheasant and black pudding. Afternoon tea, comprising scones, biscuits and sandwiches, is served daily. A traditional roast dinner is offered every Sunday.

The hotel houses six function rooms and offers in-house event-planning services.

Distance to Caistor Hall is eight miles, approximately 18 minutes' drive.

Getting there.
The Norwich Orbital bus runs between the airport and central Norwich. Single tickets cost between 80p and 2 GBP. Taxis wait outside the airport and cost 15-18 GBP to Caistor Hall. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Norwich and the Norfolk region are served by a network of local buses. Trains run from Norwich to Lowestoft, Cambridge, and Great Yarmouth. The Bittern Line runs throughout the picturesque north Norfolk coastline and the Norfolk Broads. A car is recommended for exploring further afield.
