Situated on an historic Roman site the Mill Hotel was opened by its present owners in 1987. The original Griffiths Cornmill dates from 1830. Sympathetically converted and recently extended the Mill Hotel boasts 129 en-suite bedrooms, conference rooms and unrivalled leisure facilities including a gymnasium, pool, sauna, steam room, nail studio, hair salon and beauty spa. All accommodation is non-smoking & en-suite, ranging from Standard Rooms, Business Class Rooms, Premier Rooms, Club Class Rooms plus the very special Champagne Room. Moored alongside the hotel is the L eaut-t Cuisine Broad-Beam Restaurant Cruiser. Seating up to 50 people the vessel has a licensed bar and even a dance floor. This unique eatery is in addition to the award winning Canaletto Restaurant and Brasserie Flambe Steak Restaurant situated in the north wing and the Peppermill Trattoria in the South wing of the hotel.
