The Isis Hotel & Spa is a large, white hotel complex surrounding a large swimming pool and set within its own palm-tree gardens, located 15 kilometres from the island's capital. The 289 guestrooms feature Moorish architecture with traditionally tiled floors, window arches and arabesque drapes and rug designs, and extend to balconies or patios that overlook the sea or the hotel's swimming pool and gardens. All rooms include satellite television with premium channels, safes and minibars. The hotel's restaurants vary from the plush pastel decor of the gourmet Mediterranean L'Hippocampe restaurant to the buffet-style Neptune Restaurant, which serves Tunisian and international dishes. The Bacchus Bar and Phenicia Bar offer appetisers, cocktails and other drinks that can be enjoyed on the terrace or in their own Moorish surroundings. Sidi Bou Said is a Turkish cafe where guests can enjoy traditional mint teas, Moorish coffee and hubble-bubble pipes.
