Location.
The all-inclusive resort El Mouradi Djerba Menzel is located in Midoun, Tunisia, on the island of Djerba. The resort is adjacent to the beach, 10 kilometres from a casino and 17 kilometres from the island's capital Houmt Souk.

Hotel Features.
Set within 33 hectares of gardens and palms, the resort comprises a main building and 20 menzels: white bungalow-style buildings of a traditional local design. The property has four swimming pools, including one for children, a fitness studio and a health spa with Turkish bath, sauna and massage services. Multilingual staff are on hand at the 24-hour front desk to assist with travel and tourist arrangements. Porters are available for the transfer of luggage. A limousine service is available and complimentary parking is provided. Additional amenities include a nightclub, ATM facilities, childcare and laundry services. Business facilities include conference rooms with audio-visual equipment and high-speed Internet.

Three restaurants provide a choice of buffet and a la carte dining, featuring international and seafood specialities. Drinks and light snacks are available from five bars, including two poolside bars. Room service is available around the clock.

Recreation includes tennis, miniature golf, volleyball and aerobics. Boating, parasailing, windsurfing and jet skiing can be organised at the beach and bicycles and scooters can be hired on site. For golfers, the Djerba Golf Course is located six kilometres from the resort. A kids' club provides supervised entertainment and activities for children aged 5 to 12.

Guestrooms.
The 635 air-conditioned guestrooms have simple blue and white decor. All have balconies or terraces and are equipped with satellite television, telephones, safes, climate control and minibars. Private bathrooms have combined showers and baths and hair dryers. Welcome amenities are provided upon arrival.

From Djerba Airport (DJE):
Distance to El Mouradi Djerba Menzel is 30 kilometres, approximately 35 minutes' drive.

Getting there.
Taxis from the airport cost approximately 6 EUR to Houmt Souk and 8 EUR to Midoun. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Scooters and bicycles are a popular way to get around, and are available for hire in most resorts. Taxis are reasonably priced. A car is recommended for travelling further afield.
