The HM Tropical is a modern resort complex overlooking Mediterranean Sea at Playa de Palma beach, two kilometres from Mallorca's airport. Spread over five floors, the 165 guestrooms all feature bright simple decor with cool tiled floors and balconies with sea views. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, direct-dial phones, hair dryers and safes. The half board room rate option incorporates buffet breakfast and dinner. Drinks are not included. Guests can cool off in the two swimming pools and relax on sun loungers on surrounding terraces or beneath the shady palm trees. The restaurant serves regional and international dishes buffet style in the bright, air- conditioned dining room which overlooks the swimming pool, and drinks and snacks are available from the poolside cocktail bar.
