Location.
The Amaraigua Hotel is located in Malgrat, Spain, on a quiet, sandy beach 300 metres from shops of the town centre. It is three kilometres from watery fun at Marineland, five kilometres from the medieval shows at Tordera Castle, and 40 kilometres from Girona. Malgrat train station is one kilometre away.
Hotel Features.
The All-Inclusive Hotel Amaraigua is a fully modernised 1930s building with blue painted window frames overlooking its gardens and outdoor pool with sun terrace. Facilities also include a fitness room, sauna and spa tub.
The Amaraigua Hotel restaurant serves buffet of regional and international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as an afternoon tea. Snacks and drinks are served at the poolside bar. Most meals and drinks are complimentary, as they are included in the all-inclusive rate.
Aerobics and swimming is offered at the hotel. The water parks Marineland and Waterworld are nearby, as is Tordera Castle, which hosts medieval shows.

Expert Tip. Located three kilometres from the hotel in Palafolls, Marineland combines a marine zoo with a water park. Particularly recommended are the dolphin, sea lion and parrot shows.

Distance to Amaraigua Hotel is 45 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.
Getting there.
The best way to get to the hotel is by taxi, which costs approximately 100 EUR.
Getting around. There is a mini train that runs through the resort, while regular coast trains are an excellent way of visiting other Costa Brava beaches. Buses run north to the popular resort of Lloret de Mar.
