Location.
The Riverside Hotel & Spa is located in Durban, South Africa, above the north bank of the Umegeni River, with views across the river and green belt towards Durban city centre eight kilometres away. Durban's northern beaches are five kilometres away, and the wildlife of Umegeni Bird Park is 2.5 kilometres distance.

Hotel Features.
The hotel is a modern resort with palm trees surrounding a whitewashed building. The 24-hour reception has an Internet café, and the onsite spa offers treatments and facilities including a herbal sauna, heated hydro-pool, dual treatment rooms and dual hydrotherapy baths.

From Durban International Airport turn right at the first set of traffic lights.
Turn right again when you see the Durban sign.
Drive straight along the freeway and take the Esplanade off-ramp.
Turn left into Aliwal Street.
Continue and Aliwal Street will become NMR Avenue and Northway as you cross the Umgeni River at Athlone Bridge.
The hotel is situated on the right.
