Set on Flamingos Beach overlooking Banderas Bay, the Villa la Estancia Nuevo Vallarta is located in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, on the Riviera Nayarit. The resort is adjacent to the Flamingos Golf Club. The quaint fishing village of Bucerias, offering seafood restaurants, bars and art galleries, is two kilometers away. Canopy tours high above the jungle on zip lines are available less than five kilometers from the property. The cultural excitement of Puerto Vallarta is less than 23 kilometers from the resort.

Features.
The Villa la Estancia Nuevo Vallarta is located on a stretch of unspoiled beach with a beachside water sports concession. The resort features a two-level, free-form outdoor pool surrounded by sun decks with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Three, 12-person spa tubs overlook the beach from the lawn and gardens. The Bellavista Restaurant & Bar is a casual open-air restaurant with rustic beam ceilings offering Banderas Bay and sunset views. The restaurant serves buffet and à la carte breakfasts, à la carte lunches, and buffet or à la carte dinners featuring lobster, Mexican cuisine, grilled Argentinian meats and pasta. The Pizza Bar is an open-air beachside spot serving pizza, burgers, sandwiches, Mexican items, and tropical drinks from late morning to early evening. The Lobby Bar is open for evening cocktails, featuring a pianist Wednesday through Sunday. Located in the supermarket, the deli serves sandwiches, salads, coffee and desserts from early morning to late night, and offers eight computers with high-speed Internet access for a fee.

Hand-forged wrought-iron gates open to hacienda-style entryways of private two- and three-bedroom homes. These professionally decorated villas feature marble floors.
