The Voile D'Or Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront property with Dutch and British influence set amid lush casuarinas trees, 10 kilometres from Le Val nature park. The 181 guestrooms combine Portuguese and Moorish styles and include high-speed Internet connections, balconies, safes, satellite television and DVD players. Bathrooms come with bathrobes, slippers and hair dryers. Guests can work up a sweat in the fully-equipped fitness room or cool off with a dip in one of the hotel's four swimming pools. Further relaxation is available in the spa, which is set in tropical gardens and offers Turkish baths and hammam, a range of massage treatments such as reflexology and shiatsu, plus algae and mud wraps. Driving Directions

The easiest way to reach the hotel from the airport is by taxi, costing approximately 60 EUR. Driving directions: From the airport take the motorway to Nouvelle France, then through Britania, Surinam, Chemin- Grenier and onto Bel Ombre.
