Location.
Kuramathi Village is a bungalow resort in typical Maldivian style situated by the sea on the paradise island of Kuramathi, 56 kilometres from Male, the capital of the Maldives. Resdu Shopping Village is 500 metres from the hotel and the beautiful Kandholhudhu Island is 30 kilometres away. Male International Airport is 56 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate journey time of 30 minutes.

Hotel Features.
The hotel has a private beach, an outdoor pool and a spa centre with sauna, steam room, fitness room and a full range of health and beauty treatments. There is a water sports centre where guests can take diving lessons. The hotel also has an open-air disco and a beach bar made out of a traditional Maldivian boat.

Kuramathi Village's Restaurant Haruge serves international dishes buffet style and the Island Coffee Shop serves Asian and international snacks. The Restaurant Tandoor Mahal offers Indian cuisine and features vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking while the Island Barbecue Grill serves food straight from the barbecue. The Fung Bar offers a wide range of drinks and is open until the last guest leaves.

Guestrooms.
The 151 single-floor bungalows are wooden-built with thatched roofs and wooden floors and local decor and furnishings. The bungalows have patios and open-air showers, and other amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, and refrigerators. The guestrooms are serviced twice daily.

Mandatory transfers. As the hotel is located on a different island to the airport, guests must organise a transfer from Male International Airport to the property. To do this, you will need to contact the property directly with your flight details at least 48 hours before travel.
