Driving Directions

Getting there.
A taxi direct to the Continental from the airport will cost around 70 EUR. Sirmione is easily explored on foot, although a hire car is recommended for trips further afield.

Driving directions.From the airport take the highway (autostrada) A4 for Milano and exit at Sirmione. Follow signs to Sirmione - Centro Storico (historical centre). At a medieval castle at the entrance of the village access is restricted for motorists, so have your hotel reservation details handy. Cross the castle bridge and follow the one-way system. After a set of traffic lights and two small tunnels, the one-way system bears right. At the end of this road the hotel is signposted. Turn left and then right, and the hotel is 100 metres on the left.
